By placing a pre-order or using ashwageezer.com you agree to the following. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Pre-orders & deposits
10% deposit reserves your spot. Placing a pre-order with a deposit reserves your unit from the first manufacturing batch, with a target ship date of 15 September 2026. The remaining 90% balance is automatically charged to the same payment card when your order ships.
Authorisation for the balance charge. By completing pre-order checkout, you authorise Ashwageezer Ltd to charge the remaining 90% balance to the payment card you used for the deposit, off-session, when your order ships. This is a single merchant-initiated transaction (MIT) under PSD2 / Strong Customer Authentication rules. We will not charge any further amounts beyond this balance, and we will email you when the charge is made.

Pre-order goal & ship-date extension
Our manufacturing run is contingent on reaching 2,100 pre-orders. If we do not reach 2,100 by 15 September 2026, we will push the ship date back by 3 months. If we still have not reached 2,100 by the end of that extension, every deposit is refunded in full to the original payment card and no balance is ever charged. We will email all pre-order customers any time the ship date changes.
Sats-back promotion
If you supply a Lightning address in the optional field at Stripe checkout and we reach the 2,100 pre-order target, you will receive 5,000 sats to your Lightning wallet as a discretionary marketing thank-you, sent in a single batch once the target is reached.
The sats-back is a promotional gift, not a discount, refund, or part of the goods contract. Sats have no monetary equivalence in the contract, are not refundable as cash, and the value of any sats sent does not reduce or offset your deposit refund. If we do not reach 2,100 pre-orders, no sats are sent. See the Refund Policy for full sats-back rules.
Cancellation
You may cancel your pre-order any time before the ship date for a full refund of your deposit — see our Refund Policy for the process. If sats have already been sent to your Lightning wallet at the time of cancellation, the sats are yours to keep.
Health claims & product use
Ashwageezer is a food supplement. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Any wellness statements have not been evaluated by the MHRA.
Consult a healthcare professional before use, especially if you are taking medication, have an underlying condition, or are about to undergo surgery. Not for under-18s. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience any adverse reaction.
Pricing & errors
We try to keep prices accurate. If we discover an obvious pricing error after you’ve placed a pre-order, we’ll email you to confirm the correct price before we charge the balance — you can cancel without penalty.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you arising from a pre-order is capped at the amount paid for the order.
