Plain English. Four scenarios: cancelling pre-ship, what happens if we miss the goal, the sats-back rules, and after delivery.
How the pre-order works
You pay a 10% deposit today via Stripe. The remaining 90% is only charged when your order actually ships, against the same card you used for the deposit. If your order never ships — for whatever reason — the balance is never charged.
Cancel before ship — full deposit refund
Cancel your pre-order any time before we ship and your 10% deposit is refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. No reason needed, no questions asked. The remaining 90% balance is never charged.
If we don’t hit 2,100 pre-orders
Our manufacturing run is contingent on reaching 2,100 pre-orders. If we don’t hit the target by September 2026, we’ll push the ship date back by 3 months. If we still haven’t reached 2,100 by then, every deposit is refunded in full to the original payment card and no further charges are made.
Sats-back — how it works
If you supplied a Lightning address at Stripe checkout and we reach 2,100 pre-orders, you’ll receive 5,000 sats to your Lightning wallet as a thank-you for backing the first batch. Sats are sent in a single batch the moment we hit the target.
Sats are a discretionary marketing gift and are not part of the goods contract. They are not refundable as cash, and the value of any sats sent does not reduce or offset your deposit refund. Cancelling pre-ship after sats have been sent does not affect your right to a full deposit refund — the sats are yours to keep.
If we don’t reach 2,100, no sats are ever sent.
After ship — 30-day money-back guarantee
If you’ve taken the product for at least 14 days and aren’t satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Return the unused portion (more than half a jar remaining) and we’ll refund the full purchase price. You cover return postage.
How to request a refund
Email ash@satoshi-services.com with your order reference. For pre-ship cancellations the deposit is refunded within 5 working days. For post-ship returns we’ll send a return slip; refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the return. Allow up to 10 working days for funds to land in your account depending on your bank.
Damaged or wrong items
If your delivery arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll replace it at no cost — you don’t need to return the original.
Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Nothing in this policy reduces those rights.
